Capella University, an accredited online university headquartered in Minneapolis, has assigned its online advertising efforts to Avenue A/Razorfish, as well as online creative responsibilities to sister interactive agency i-FRONTIER. Avenue A/Razorfish has been assigned media planning and buying responsibilities of Web media and search, along with advanced analytical services, while i-FRONTIER is charged with online creative. Spending was not revealed.
