CamMe is a gesture based camera app that enables people to take selfies from a distance, without touching the device. Instead of holding the phone, users place it between 30 and 300 centimeters away from them and activate the camera by raising and then closing their hands. As of April 1, the app has been downloaded more than 2 million times, with an average of 50,000 downloads per day.
