Trulia took face-to-face social interactions and stuck them in an app to help people find their dream home. The app focuses on location, location, location. Aside from allowing consumers to search and browse unique, local information, the app provides access to user-generated content contributed by real estate professionals and content partners, as well as tips from people living in the neighborhood. Maps give users information on points of interest, crime, and natural hazards like earthquakes, wildfires and tornadoes.
