Rubicon Project on Thursday announced the
addition of three new members to its board of directors.
Joining the company’s board are Robert Frankenberg, former CEO of Novell; Robert Spillane, former CEO of Donnelley Marketing; and
Lisa Troe, former branch chief of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Los Angeles regional office.
In addition to Novell, Frankenberg has held leadership positions at
Hewlett-Packard and Encanto. He has also served on multiple company boards, including at AOL and American Pioneer Financial.
Spillane previously held various executive positions at CBS and
also served as EVP and a director of Diamandis Communications.
Troe will serve as chair of the Audit Committee at Rubicon and “is a credentialed National Association of
Corporate Directors Governance Fellow,” per a release.
Rubicon’s board now consists of Frank Addante, Gregory Raifman, Jarl Mohn, Sumant Mandal and Frankenberg, Spillane and
Troe.
