Global Foods Online, a converging multimedia business-to-business publishing, advertising, sales promotion and marketing company servicing the international gourmet specialty food, beverage, confectionery, wine and spirits industries, will distribute copies of the first quarterly printed source catalog, mailed free to 200,000 professional industry product buyers operating in over 100 countries. Manufacturers that advertise in Global Foods Online printed guides will also receive free advertising space for direct sales in the Company's website network including, Italian Foods; Kosher Foods; China Foods; Latino Foods; and All Natural Foods An initial 200,000 copies of the quarterly printed catalog will be mailed in the spring of 2001 to professional industry buyers in over 100 countries, including 50,000 buyers in the United States. Global Foods Online targets specialty food distributors, importers and exporters, brokers, food service buyers and numerous food product decision makers for airlines, cruise ships and the military. The Company plans to mail updated editions, at no charge, each spring, summer, fall and winter. Global Foods Online's various websites, which currently are under construction, will launch in the spring of 2001 to encourage e-commerce transactions.
