Does Google Have A Gender Bias?

Last month, the folks at WordStream reviewed responses from clients who completed a recent survey, and then segmented the data by the customer service representative to get a sense of the top performing reps. Nearly all men had scores above this group average, and all women had scores below. These reps don't manage the accounts, they just provide support. It turns out the data shows that women have to work much harder to be recognized as search engine marketing experts, compared with men. Larry Kim explains.
