The travel guide book Lonely Planet has launched a search engine as part of its Web site redesign. One of the biggest difference between this search engine and others: significantly more results.
Jaunted notes Lonely Plant's search engine returns about 141 results compared with Expedia's 40 for a search on a flight between Denver and Los Angeles. The search results on Lonely Planet lists all
individual flight options separately, even if they were the same price. Expedia, by comparison, only shows one option under each price quote.
