Red e App is a new tool designed to help companies communicate with employees that don't use email or social media. The tool is targeted at employees that don't sit in front of computers such as
retail and restaurant workers. It allows companies to send information about training, scheduling and benefits, as well as emergency updates through a digital platform without having to give
employees email accounts. Users can simply download an app on their phone or computer to access company communications. General Electric and Papa John’s International have already begun using
the tool.
