The New York Times gets a glimpse inside Apple’s top-secret internal training program, which the tech giant uses to groom new talent, and pass on its core business and design principles.
“Although many companies have such internal programs … Apple’s version is a topic of speculation and fascination in the tech world,” NYT reports. “It is highly secretive
and rarely written about, referred to briefly in the biography of Mr. Jobs by Walter Isaacson.”
