BIZ DEV: Crispin Porter + Bogusky Wins Global Creative Work For Infiniti

Infiniti Motor Company tapped Crispin Porter + Bogusky as its global creative advertising agency of record, following a review led by Roth Observatory. TBWA was the incumbent and OMD continues to handle media duties. The account will be based out of Crispin Porter + Bogusky's Boulder, Colorado office. Regional offices for the agency will be established around the globe to service key regional Infiniti markets, including China, Europe and North America, Infiniti's initial creative focus. Crispin Porter + Bogusky's win marks the first time that one agency has global responsibility for each of Infiniti's key markets. Annually, the car manufacturer spends $450 million on advertising globally. In the U.S., Infiniti spent $216 million on measured media in 2013, according to Kantar Media. "Crispin Porter + Bogusky has a demonstrated ability launching and nurturing brands and is an excellent match for our mission: elevating Infiniti to be a global premium brand," said Vincent Gillet, Vice President, Global Marketing for Infiniti. "Their strength in leveraging multiple communications channels made them the obvious choice as our marketing partner, and we look forward to their fresh thinking as we continue growing Infiniti's stature." Infiniti will launch its Q30 premium compact in 2015.
