BRIAN MCANDREWS has joined the board of directors of
Blue Nile, an online jeweler. McAndrews will serve on Blue Nile's compensation, nominating, and corporate
governance committees. Prior to joining aQuantive in 1999, McAndrews held executive positions at ABC Sports, Entertainment and the ABC Television Network, and General Mills.
