The Majority of Consumers Have Made a Purchase Based on an Email: MarketingSherpa

More than three quarters of U.S. consumers said admit making a purchase after being influenced by email, according to a recent report from MarketingSherpa. Half of those surveyed said that abandoned cart emails are helpful. Six percent of consumers reported always completing a purchase when an abandoned cart email arrives and 7 percent said that they convert if the email includes a discount.
