Could the next Snapchat be discovered by a disgraced Britain publishing exec? That appears to be the plan for Rebekah Brooks, the former head of Rupert Murdoch’s media holdings in Britain.
Acquitted on charges related to the company’s phone hacking scandal last year, Brooks has been reportedly recruited by News Corp to find fresh tech opportunities in the U.S. “She has not
yet signed a contract,” The New York Times reports, citing sources.
