Microsoft has replied to its ongoing battle with the DOJ with a new legal brief
arguing why the company should not have to turn over private user data that is
stored in Ireland. "A warrant served on an internet service provider should only be able to cover things in the cloud world that would be covered in the physical world, namely materials inside
