As part of an effort to cut $100 million in costs, Zynga plans to reduce its workforce by 18% -- or 364 people -- the game maker said this week. In addition, the company plans to “focus on five
categories of mobile games rather than continuing to branch out into more and more genres as it did under [former CEO Don] Mattrick.” Founder Mark Pincus recently returned to Zynga as CEO.
