Astea International Inc. announced the appointment of
MARIKIT KLEIN-SMITH to vice president of Marketing. Klein-Smith will lead the company's strategic marketing programs, including
branding initiatives, product marketing and marketing communications. Most recently, She worked as a strategic marketing consultant for Full Circle Communications where she developed messaging,
positioning and marketing strategies for clients in the high-tech sector. Earlier in her career, she served as director of corporate communications at SAP America where she developed and managed
corporate internal and external communications programs for the U.S. and Canada.
