Previously, he was director of brand creative at Zillow, where he led Studio Z, the company’s in-house creative agency. His agency experience includes Leo Chicago, Wieden+Kennedy Portland, and 72andSunny Los Angeles, guiding work for brands including Nike, Old Spice, Visa, MLB and P&G.

“R&R’s independence, and the fact that it isn’t a typical New York or Los Angeles agency, are two of the things that excite me most,” said Doherty. “R&R is deeply committed to building a creative culture where teams have the space and clarity to do remarkable work.”

The agency's client roster includes Brand USA, Moose Toys and Discover Puerto Rico.
