Canadian Conservative Party leader Stephen Harper, in the midst of an election battle, posted a video to announce that he really likes TV ("Breaking Bad," especially) and does not want to tax Netflix
to raise revenues. It was a baffling appearance, since the idea of taxing Netflix isn't really being talked about. The stiff video is unintentionally hilarious.
