The New York Times’ expose detailing the Hobbesian nightmare that is allegedly Amazon’s workplace has broken the record for the number of comments on the newspaper’s Web site, The Wrap reports. At the time of writing, The Wrap tallied 5,597 people who have commented on the story, exceeding the previous record of 4,447 comments, set by an op-ed by Russian President Vladimir Putin published in 2013. Amazon founder and CEO Jeff Bezos has responded by urging employees to report any abusive behavior to HR or himself.
