ANDREW SWINAND to lead its print investment operations. Newly named SVP/group client
leader, Swinand will be responsible for driving print innovation and value delivery on behalf of Starcom clients, which include Aventis, Allstate, Kellogg and Sara Lee. Along with overseeing the
Magazine Investment Group, Swinand will continue to operate as the top agency strategist in the technology arena, working with global clients Oracle and Sun Microsystems.
