PHIL TALBOT has been promoted to CEO of the Asia Pacific region of
ZenithOptimedia, up from his current position as International Division CEO in London. Talbot will take over the
position vacated by
ANTONY YOUNG, who moved to London following his appointment as CEO of ZenithOptimedia UK.
