Winstar Interactive has hired
JIM BRANDT as its Eastern regional sales manager. He replaces
PAUL ROSTKOWSKI who left Winstar to join Hoovers.com. Brandt joins Winstar from Blue
Sky Media where he has been vice president of East Coast sales since 2002. Prior to that, he was vice president of East Coast sales for Vivendi/Universal-MP3.com.
