M. Scott Havens has been appointed global head of digital for Bloomberg Media, effective November 16, the business news and information publisher announced this week. Havens previously served as senior vice-president of digital at Time Inc.; before that he served as executive director at Condé Nast Business Media. In his new role he will be responsible for all Bloomberg’s consumer digital products globally, including Web sites, mobile apps, OTT, and distributed content partnerships. The appointment comes not long after Bloomberg launched its new flagship Web site BloombergBusiness.com.
