In time for the holidays, Google's express delivery service expands through Southern California. The service, initially being tested in Los Angeles, costs $95 for an annual membership, or pay a fee of
$4.99 per eligible order to use the service. Retailers participating in Google Express include Target, Walgreens, Kohl's and Costco.
