Omnicom Group has agreed to purchase Brazil's Grupo ABC for approximately $270 million according to a Reuters report. The firm is said to be Brazil’s largest advertising and marketing firm according to the report, which cited unnamed sources. Reuters said the companies declined comment or couldn’t be reached.
