The Marketing Arm promoted Michelle Palmer to president of sports & experiential and Trina Roffino to chief client officer, a new position. Palmer, who has worked for the agency for 16 years, will
report to agency CEO Dan Belmont, who previously led the sports & experiential practice. In addition, Palmer will continue to lead the AT&T business. In her new role, Roffino will create
solutions for clients to deliver best-in-class services. She will also oversee the agency's strategic account leaders.
