HEATHER FAUST has been named vice president/director Midwestern/Western sales for PARADE magazine. Faust joined PARADE in 1990 as a sales representative. Also at the magazine, CHUCK WUTKE, with PARADE since 1991 as an account executive, was promoted to Chicago advertising manager. He will lead the day-to-day activities of the Chicago sales team.
