Ad-tech vet Maziar Sattari, who joined Rocket Fuel last month as vice president of product management, has been granted options to purchase up to 60,000 shares of Rocket Fuel common
stock, according to a filing the publicly traded company made with the Securities & Exchange Commission.
The options give Sattari, who was previously vice president-product
development at Turn, to buy those shares at an exercise price of $2.37 each over a 10-year term. Rocket Fuel was trading Friday at $2.36 per share, down 0.4% on the day.
The 52-week
trading range for Rocket Fuel shares has gone from a high of $8.28 to a low of $2.09.
Five other undisclosed Rocket Fuel employees were granted options with the same terms as part of a total
90,000 share approval that also covers Sattari’s agreement.
