Setting the price of its IPO at the top of the targeted range, Japanese mobile-messaging service Line Corp. is planning to raise upwards of $1.3 billion. “At the IPO price, the company is valued
at about $6.9 billion and will be the biggest technology debut of the year,” Bloomberg Technology reports.
