It's Official: Warburton-Scott Joins Universal-McCann

Catherine Warburton-Scott, who resigned her post at Aegis Group's Carat USA last month to handle national broadcast on Sony's estimated $600 million media account at Interpublic Group's Universal-McCann [MediaDailyNews, 2/16/2005], has made the move official Tuesday. Warburton-Scott, who was senior vice president-associate director for national broadcast at Carat, will take on the job of svp, national broadcast for UM's Sony AOR. She will report to Annette Cerbone, svp, director of National Broadcast at UM.

As we reported back in February, Warburton-Scott represented the fourth high-profile executive to leave Carat (the others were Carat USA President Charlie Rutman, who joined MPG as CEO; Research Chief Joanne Burke, who cited personal reasons; and Doug Flynn, who resigned as CEO of parent Aegis Group.)
