Spammers often use trending news items within content to encourage targets to click on malicious messaging, and some Internet security experts are warning that this year's presidential election may
be the subject of a lot of spam. Oren Falkowitz, chief executive officer of Redwood City, California-based Area 1 Security told The Chicago Tribune that hackers may try to take advantage of
the Nov. 8 election to steal personal information.
