REVOLVING DOOR: Minnie Damle Named Chief Talent Officer Of Arnold Worldwide And Havas Media Boston

Arnold Worldwide and Havas Media Boston tapped Minnie Damle as chief talent officer. Damle will oversee a team that supports talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations and cultural initiatives for Havas Village Boston, specifically, Arnold Worldwide (Boston and New York) and Havas Media Boston.

Under the Havas Village model, all communications offerings spanning local Havas entities are combined under one roof. The Village enables increased collaboration and integration, and is representative of Havas Group's "Together" strategy. Havas Village Boston comprises creative agency Arnold Worldwide, media agency Havas Media Boston, healthcare communications agency H4B and performance marketing agency Havas Edge. There are more than 45 Havas Villages around the world, with more to come in 2017.

Most recently, Damle was vice president, human resources at VaynerMedia, where she oversaw HR operations across four offices. While there, she revamped talent management efforts, opened and staffed one office in the U.S. and one in London, and built the shop's first professional people function – which supported a doubling of agency staff in a year's time. Damle began her journey in talent management handling personnel management in the United States Air Force, supporting base leaders.
