REVOLVING DOOR: Walrus Promotes Two

Walrus promoted Paula Beer Levine from head of account management to managing director. In her new role, Levine will retain oversight of the account department and all client accounts, and adds responsibilities including setting the direction for client services, promoting collaboration across teams, and recruiting talent. She joined Walrus in 2008 following several years as a marketing consultant. Prior to that, she was a partner and director of account management at Mad Dogs & Englishmen.

Valerie Hope was previously head of integrated production, and now serves as director of integrated production and creative services. She will continue to lead the agency's production department and direct the production of creative campaigns across all media. Hope will now also oversee all creative services involved in campaign development, ensuring a seamless collaboration between Walrus' creative department and all outside services. Prior to joining Walrus in 2012, she was founder of Backbone Productions, an integrated production company. Prior to that, she was a partner and the director of production & creative services at Mad Dogs & Englishmen.
