Consumers Want Email Frequency Control

Consumers want the ability to control the frequency of emails in order to keep them from unsubscribing, according to recent research from Mapp. The data revealed that 40 percent of consumers that they would change their decision to unsubscribe from a list if a brand offered to send them less emails. Still 35 percent of consumers admit that once they decide to unsubscribe, they will unsubscribe no matter what the brand offers.
