Travel Services Marketers Rank Low In Email Open Rates

Travel services marketers are lagging behind the verticals when it comes to email marketing open rates, according to a new report from IBM. The report found that the travel sector ranked 12th out of 18 industries. Emails sent by hotels, travel agencies and cruise lines had an average open rate of 22.7 percent.
