Working Americans Send 212 Billion Emails a Year

Business people in the United States send an average of 212 billion emails every day, according to a recent survey from ReachMail. The research revealed that people in the North East send more emails than in any other region. On average about 30 percent of American workers have their email program open at all times. That number increases to 37 percent in the Northeast.
