mBlox Markets New Analytics Tool

Mobile message delivery company mBlox today takes to market in the United States a service analyzing the various reasons why text messages sent to mobile devices don't get through. Such messages can include coupons or promotions from marketers, and can also include products that consumers pay for, such as ringtones. For the initiative, mBlox obtains from wireless carriers the reason why a message fails, then decodes that for its clients, such as that the recipient's handset was turned off. mBlox has offered this service in Europe since last year, said Jay Emmet, president-Americas of the company.
