Mailgun Email Spinoff Deal Confirmed

Mailgun Technologies Inc., an email delivery service, has spun itself off from Rackspace Hosting Inc. in a $50 million deal, the firm said. Rackspace was acquired by Apollo Global Management LLC for $4.3 billion last November.
