FBI Seeks Alleged Scammer In $5 Million Email Swindle

The FBI is offering a $1,000 reward for information on a Nigerian national suspected of bilking victims of over $5 million in an email scam. The suspect, Kelechi Declan James, allegedly swindled victims across the U.S. by getting them to wire money to bank accounts they believed belonged to family members. The FBI will pay the reward for information that leads to James’ arrest.
