Fallon expanded its seven-year relationship with H&R Block by adding media planning and social media strategy and creative to its existing brand strategy and creative duties. MediaVest | Spark will handle broadcast media buying and SpaientRazorfish will handle digital media management. OMD previously handled media planning chores.
