Gannett Partners With Real Match To Expand Recruitment Ad Services

Gannett has partnered with RealMatch to expand its online recruitment advertising business, in what the publisher calls “the highly competitive and rapidly changing online recruitment market.”

“In the new era of online recruitment, performance and quality determine where recruitment budgets are spent,” stated Terry Baker, president of RealMatch.

Recruitment advertising is used by employers to post jobs in an eye-catching way and attract potential employees. Gannett will use RealMatch’s recruitment tools to improve the user experience for both employers and job seekers.

The platform will “offer more value” to its titles’ existing employment advertisers and job seekers, per the company.

Gannett will leverage the audience of USA Today Network, its group of over 100 local news organizations, to establish a new content syndication program.

The program serves job seekers more relevant career content and drives more interaction on its sites. It also helps online recruitment advertisers identify and engage the right job candidates.
