Mapp Digital LLC, a recent startup, has debuted several services, including email marketing.
The new suite of offerings includes a Customer Engagement Platform that identifies behavioral
data for clients to help them grow brand affinity. According to Mapp, this covers several channels, including:
- Email
- Mobile
- Social media
- Web
The firm stresses “email’s critical place in any customer engagement strategy,” says Mike Biwer, CEO of Mapp Digital. “Email is here to stay and only going to get
better, because it's great at connecting all 'the dots' to deliver personalized, relevant messages.”
Mapp’s goal is to build “that coveted, singular view of a given
customer," Biwer adds.
The company is also providing a Data Management Platform (DMP) and modular software suite, linking marketing execution across channel and display, the company says.
The company’s digital services are comprised of:
- Multichannel campaign management
- Lead generation
- DMP and biddable media services
- Strategy and consulting
- Data services
- Creative services
Finally, Mapp has debuted a suite of Customer Centric services, facilitating messaging
across email, social, mobile push and web marketing.
Mapp, which has offices in San Diego, London and Cologne, now serves 3,000 clients.
