The good news is that marketers and ad agency execs do not plan to eliminate staff in their organizations over the next six months. The bad news is that they don’t plan to add many either. Those are the findings from a semiannual poll of marketers and agency executives released this morning by exec recruiting firm The Creative Group.
Among those planning to hire, the No. 1 role is talent in content marketing, followed by brand management and digital marketing.
Media services ranks in the middle of the new hiring demand index, with 17% of those respondents citing plans to add media personnel.
