California Politician Introduces Net Neutrality Bill

A California legislator has introduced a bill that would require telecommunications companies serving state residents to guarantee equal internet access to all. The bill, submitted by Democrat Scott Wiener, in response to net neutrality repeal, and follows similar bills in the states of New York and Washington.
