Facebook plans to double the number of scientists working on artificial intelligence research at its Paris base from 30 to 60,
Fortune reports. Over the next five years, meanwhile, the
company plans to invest about $12.3 million to increase the number of AI doctoral scholarships it offers in France from 10 to 40, and provide servers and data for French public institutions.
