Press Gazette is reporting on what lawyers believe are the first "right to be forgotten" trials in Britain. A businessperson is asking a judge to force Google to erase a conviction which is
now legally "spent." A similar case brought by another businessperson last week. A decision is due soon but no date has been given for a verdict on each case to be given.
