School District Probes Alleged Use of Email Accounts In Primary Campaign

An Evanston, Illinois school district is reviewing possible law violations by a campaign manager accused of using district email accounts to promote board member Candance Chow’s Democratic primary campaign. The charge was made by Mary Rita Luecke, former School District 65 board member and now a candidate in the primary for the 17th District General Assembly seat.
