Engine Digital is establishing a director-level team within the digital agency to provide an additional layer of oversight across the agency’s four practice groups: strategy, design, engineering, and delivery.

Greg Ryder will serve as associate director of delivery and Ehren Graber is promoted to director of technology. The two join design director Peter Pimentel and associate director of strategy Eugene Huh who each moved into their respective roles in 2017.

Each member will oversee project scoping, approach, and strategy in their respective areas of expertise. The group will ensure the agency's project teams, which work fairly autonomously, are supported in defining the right approach, prioritization of scope, and cadence of work across client engagements.
