Reynolds was previously Chief Revenue Officer for Well+Good.

She has also served as the president of revenue for Nylon magazine and vice president of national enterprise sales-custom marketing solutions at the XO Group, which publishes The Knot and the Nest.

Apartment Therapy has hired new talent in the past year. The site got a new editor-in-chief back in December: Laura Schocker, former RealSimple.com digital director. It also hired its first Chief Content Officer, Susan Kaplow, last summer.

Apartment Therapy claims it has experienced 23% audience growth year-over-year, based on comScore numbers.

In January,Publishers Daily reported Apartment Therapy increased its onsite conversion rates by 63% with the use of digital marketing solutions provider PostUp. Conversions are people who are served newsletter pop-ups and sign up to subscribe, versus people who see the module and opt out.

Combined with Kitchn, Apartment Therapy Media achieved a 90% increase in new onsite newsletter subscribers since the publisher adopted PostUp's solutions in May 2017, compared to the year prior.
