Carat USA has named Louisa Wong COO and Diane Harrison senior vice president-human resources.

Wong, who will oversee day-to-day operations, including data and technology, digital, as well as Carat’s proprietary measurement practice, most recently served as Chief Digital Officer of Dentsu Aegis Network sister unit Amplifi.

Prior to that, she was Global Chief Commercial Officer of DAN’s Amnet unit.

Harrison joins from Publicis Health, where she was senior vice president-human resources.
